Our values
A safe place
Our practice welcomes you with open-mindedness and tackles any sensitive issues such as burnout, parental exhaustion, addictions, etc. without taboo or judgment. To us, creating a secure environment is essential for a well-conducted consultation. We also warmly welcome
LGBTQIA+ issues, and both general practitioners are part of the TTBM network of the non-profit association ExAequo.
Prevention is better than cure
Preventive care is also a key element of our philosophy. We strive to offer you regular follow-up appointments, which are carefully adapted to your age and health. An elderly patient with severe chronic illnesses will have tailor-made follow-ups and will be invited to consult us more often than a young person in good health.
For this purpose, we use varied preventive and screening tools: cancer & STD screenings, cardiovascular prevention, vaccination, discussion about pregnancy & contraception, monitoring your children’s growth, psycho-social assessment, review of polypharmacy, environmental medicine, etc.
Mens sana in corpore sano
At Anima Medical, we are convinced that psychological well-being is closely linked to physical well-being, and we pay as much attention to mental health as to somatic symptoms.
Centralized and coordinated care
We are convinced that the role of a family doctor is essential in terms of public health. A general practitioner provides you with a personalized follow-up, checks your treatment and coordinates your healthcare plan with other healthcare providers (specialist doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, and even alternative therapists).
Centralized care also makes it possible to avoid treatment errors and improper use of complementary exams, which can be harmful to your health and to society. All this is possible thanks to the therapeutic link and the mutual trust that exists between a patient and his family doctor.
A new beginning
Starting in May 2026, our team is growing and being enriched with new expertise in order to better meet your needs. We are delighted to welcome new practitioners, including the team from Ressources Périnaturelles, a practice founded by Marine Debuyst in 2017 and entirely dedicated to perinatal care. Designed as a space for resources and sharing, this collective provides expert and compassionate support to pregnant women, children, and soon-to-be parents. This collaboration marks an important milestone in the evolution of our practice: it allows us to broaden our range of care and offer a wider variety of complementary therapeutic approaches. Remaining true to our vision, we continue our commitment to holistic, personalized, and coherent care, at the very heart of our project since its beginnings.
